Call for Tender Offer - In progress

The non-governmental organization Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture – ACDC, with financial support from UNMIK, announces a call for participation in a tender for the implementation of works within the project of partial renovation of the Court of Appeal Department in North Mitrovica, aimed at improving working conditions and supporting the judicial integration process.

The tender includes the following works and services:

  • supply and installation of laminate flooring (540 m²),

  • demolition and removal of existing ceramic tiles from walls and floors (230 m²),

  • supply and installation of first-class ceramic floor tiles with grouting (250 m²).

The works shall be carried out in accordance with EC and ISO standards, with mandatory application of high safety measures.

Eligibility

Participation is open to legal entities and companies registered and operating in Kosovo, in accordance with the public procurement rules of NGO ACDC and UNMIK.

  • Deadline for submission of offers: 29 December 2025, by 14:00

  • Planned contract start: January 2026

  • Contract duration: 90 days
