Activities:
Conduct a survey to gauge the perception of interethnic cooperation amongst North Mitrovica’s minority groups.
Convene four focus groups with the Serbian, Albanian, Bosniak and other communities within the municipality to determine their stances on interethnic cooperation.
Publish a comprehensive report detailing the findings from the focus groups and survey results.
Implement eight training for the Communities Committee members, civil society organizations, and municipal representatives on project management and advocacy.
Develop the Communities Committee’s local action plan to enhance the capacities of and propose measures to empower the Committee.
Facilitate seven meetings between community leaders and local civil society organizations to develop three small-scale project initiatives.
Host two public conferences for community leaders, municipal representatives, civil society, and media organizations.
Promote awareness of the Communities Committee to the public through broadcast, print, and online media.
