Conference on protection of property rights in Kosovo ACDC/ZOOM 11.3. 11h
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC has a pleasure to invite you on a Conference on Protection of Property Rights in Kosovo, as a part of the project “Enhancing Transparency and Rule of Law in Kosovo-Serb Majority Communities”, supported by INL Kosovo and implemented by Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture and AKTIV.
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC has a pleasure to invite you on a Conference on Protection of Property Rights in Kosovo, as a part of the project “Enhancing Transparency and Rule of Law in Kosovo-Serb Majority Communities”, supported by INL Kosovo and implemented by Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture and AKTIV.
The main objective of the Conference is to foster discussion on the protection of property rights in Kosovo, including available legal mechanisms and programs of free legal aid on one side and to present the key challenges including the issues of occupied property and evictions. The event will involve the participation of lawyers, law professors, civil society activists and media representatives.
