As part of the INL-funded project "Improving Transparency and Rule of Law in Serb-majority Municipalities", implemented by NGO ACDC in cooperation with NGO Aktiv, on 30.06.2021 selected interns held a moot-court trial simulation at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.
Before the simulation, the interns, with the help of judges from the Basic Court in Mitrovica, prepared this case.
They faced a case of attempted murder, which they easily solved. They got along very well in the roles of judge, court panel, lawyer, witness.
