Working on the NGO ACDC Strategy 2021-2025
On January 13rd, 2021 the team of the Center for the Advocacy of Democratic Culture (ACDC) held a workshop to present new and revised results of all project activities during the previous year, draft strategy for the period 2021-2025 and SWOT analysis of the organization and its activities .
On January 13rd, 2021 the team of the Center for the Advocacy of Democratic Culture (ACDC) held a workshop to present new and revised results of all project activities during the previous year, draft strategy for the period 2021-2025 and SWOT analysis of the organization and its activities .
The team's conversation took place in an extremely open, constructive and proactive approach, we were reminded of the vision and mission of ACDC, set new goals of the organization, methods and steps of their achieving as well as specific time constraints. During the SWOT analysis, the strengths of the organization were renewed, weaknesses were identified, threats were enclosed and was confirmed that there is enough space for new achievements in the period ahead.
