Within the project “Youth for Property and Social Rights,” a three-day camp for youth and high school students was held in Prizren from May 8 to 10, 2026, with the aim of contributing to a better understanding of property and social rights, as well as the importance of these issues for the everyday life and future security of young people.
During the camp, participants had the opportunity to gain basic knowledge about property rights, the cadastral system, property registration procedures, and inheritance issues through interactive sessions and practical workshops.
In addition to the educational component, the camp also included activities focused on developing communication and teamwork skills. Through joint tasks and group work, participants developed active listening, cooperation, mutual trust, and collaborative problem-solving skills. This segment of the program was particularly important because it enabled young people not only to acquire new knowledge, but also to strengthen skills important for their further education, personal development, and more active participation in the community. Part of the program also included a visit to Prizren, during which participants toured the city’s cultural and historical landmarks.
The camp provided an opportunity for youth and high school students to gain new experiences and deepen their understanding of topics that are often present in everyday life, but insufficiently represented in formal education.
This seminar was organized within the project implemented by NGO ACDC, with the support of the Advocacy Training and Resource Center (ATRC).
