The project is designed to improve language rights and support work of Office of the Language Commissioner.

Through the project, NGO ACDC will integrate experts into the Office of the Language Commissioner, the expert will help implement a system for monitoring language usage within public institutions. It will actively investigate and document instances of language rights violations based on received complaints.

The project will evaluate public services, assessing their availability in various languages. This evaluation will prioritize minority communities and their problems. The expert will assess the level of language support in health, education, and civil services. The goal is to identify existing gaps and areas for improvement, for future interventions.

The project aims to establish a legal and functional framework for improving language rights. It involves monitoring, investigating, and addressing violations, evaluating the linguistic inclusivity of public services, and ensuring legal equality for effective policy implementation. The overall goal is to foster linguistic diversity and inclusivity within public institutions.
