ACDC staff at Anti-corruption conference in Nis

Members of non-governmental organization Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC were on a study visit in Nis at the conference ''Anti-corruption practices and initiatives at the local level''. Team for Social Research (TDI) and the Bureau for Social Research (BIRODI) organized a study visit to Nis for members of non-governmental sector in northern Kosovo with the aim to familiarize the participants with the work BIRODI and TDI and to present the work of these societies in the previous period. Also at this conference they presented the local plan for the fight against corruption, the city of Nis, as well as the establishment and operation of an independent anti-corruption body - Local Anti-corruption forum LAF.
During two-days conference there were representatives of the Anti-corruption Agency of Republic Serbia (ACAC) Miodrag Skundric, Zoran Gavrilovic TDI / BIRODI, Zorica Miladinovic, the coordinator of the Local anti-corruption Forum (LAF) Nis, Vesna Crnogorac, member of the LAF Nis, Valentina Krstic, flagger and LAF members Nis, Djokic Jovanovic, leader of the civil initiative and member of the LAF Nis, Dragan Petkovic, civil society activists in Nis and Predrag Blagojevic, editor of "Juzne vesti".
