Conference-Webinar - Protection of Property Rights in Kosovo - 25th February 2021 at 11 AM - ACDC-ZOOM
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC has a pleasure to invite you to a Conference on Protection of Property Rights in Kosovo, as a part of the project “Improving the performance of the judiciary and the access to justice in Kosovo - Further assistance to the integrated judicial institutions in northern Kosovo”, supported by UNMIK and implemented by ACDC.
The main objective of the Conference is to foster discussion on the protection of property rights in Kosovo, including available legal mechanisms and programs of free legal aid on one side; and to present the key challenges including the issues of occupied property and evictions. The event will involve the participation of judges, lawyers, law professors and civil society activists
The panelists at the conference will be:
Mr. Naser Shala, Director of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA) - TBC
Mr. Miloš Marković, judge at the Basic Court of Mitrovica/Mitrovicë
Mr. Duško Čelić, Law Professor
Mr. Predrag Miljković, Lawyer – member of the Kosovo Chamber of Advocates
Mr. Igor Popović, Deputy Director of the Government of Serbia Office for KiM - TBC
