First training sessions within the project "Organizational Capacity Building of USAID/AKT CSO grantees"
Within the project 'Organizational Capacity Building of USAID/AKT CSO grantees' which is funded by USAID and supported by Community Development Fund CDF, last weekend were held the first training sessions in order to improve the operations of NGOs.
Within the project 'Organizational Capacity Building of USAID/AKT CSO grantees' which is funded by USAID and supported by Community Development Fund CDF, last weekend were held the first training sessions in order to improve the operations of NGOs.
Trainings were held in the hotel 'Ulpiana' in Gracanica with the presence of members of non-governmental organizations from the entire territory of Kosovo. The first training sessions were with the topics of organizational management and financial management. These were the first in a series of training sessions that will be held in order to raise the capacity of civil society organizations.
Session of organizational management were held by Igor Jojkić, an expert trainer in the field of management and a longtime associate of NDI Serbia. Session in financial management were held by Katarina Adjančić, Director of Tax Administration in Mitrovica.
The next training sessions will be held on 27. and 29. February with the topics of the Program Management and Project Cycle Management.
