NGO "Center for Advocacy of democratic culture" presented in Leposavic mid-term report of monitoring the work of courts. The report was made within the project "Monitoring Judicial Reform in North Kosovo", which was supported by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). Project manager Miloš Kabasic presented a report compiled on the basis of court visits and discussions with representatives of judiciary. After the presentation of the report followed by a discussion with the participants and some of the conclusions were:

Although NGOs are puting a lot of effort in increasing of transparency of the entire "Brussels process", people are not sufficiently informed about it.

Lack of political will to implement the agreement on the judiciary further delays its completion, so even two years after the signing of integration it was not fully completed.

Adequate and efficient judiciary in which citizens will have complete confidence is essential for their survival in this area, as well as for the establishment of the rule of law.

Increased involvement of citizens in the process is necessary for the benefit of citizens, since they are the ones who will be most affected by its implementation.
