Within the project supported by UNMIK on June 5th, NGO ACDC, together with the Chief Human Rights at UNMIK, Mr.Jerome Bouyjou, met with the Ombudsperson Mr.Naim Qelaj, and handed over a document developed within the project, presenting guidelines for assessing the human rights situation in Kosovo that will serve as a template for reporting to the OHCHR based on human rights indicators.
