NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture (hereinafter referred as ACDC) is pleased to invite you to a "Mock Trial" event, which will be performed by law students from the University of North Mitrovica under the supervision of advocates from northern Kosovo.

NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture (hereinafter referred as ACDC) is pleased to invite you to a “Mock Trial” event, which will be performed by law students from the University of North Mitrovica under the supervision of advocates from northern Kosovo.

The event will be held at the Mitrovica Basic Court in North Mitrovica (EULEX), Monday 27.06.2016. starting at 14:00 hours.

Mock Trial is organized as the final event of the project "Enhancing the capacities of Law students of the University in North Mitrovica and reduction of case backlog at the Mitrovica Basic Court," supported by the United Nation Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). The goal of the event is to provide an opportunity to law students to practice law through real or hypothetical cases, but in a simulated proceeding and, in addition, to promote the importance of inclusion of young lawyers from the north into the Kosovo’s law practice.
