Public lecture on the work of the Ombudsperson Institution of Kosovo held in Srbica/Skenderaj
On April 9, the NGO ACDC organized the 3rd public lecture entitled “The role and the responsibilities of the Ombudsperson Institution of Kosovo”. The lecture was held in Srbica/Skenderaj and it was attended by students and young people from this municipality.
On April 9, the NGO ACDC organized the 3rd public lecture entitled “The role and the responsibilities of the Ombudsperson Institution of Kosovo”. The lecture was held in Srbica/Skenderaj and it was attended by students and young people from this municipality.
The lecture focused on the role, the basic functions, and responsibilities of the Ombudsman institution of Kosovo. In addition, the participants had the opportunity to learn how to make a complaint to the Ombudsperson. Information brochures and flyers providing information on the work and contact details of relevant local offices in the Mitrovica region were distributed to the participants. The brochures have been published on the NGO ACDC's official website in Serbian and Albanian language.

The lecture was part of a public campaign organized as part of the UNMIK-funded project "Facilitating Access to Justice and Promoting Human Rights in the Mitrovica Region" and aims to increase the visibility of the Ombudsman Institution in northern Kosovo.
