Conference - Free Legal Professions through the Lens of Non-Majority Communities - June 26, 2025
The NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture (ACDC) cordially invites you to participate in a public conference focused on strengthening access to justice for non-majority communities in Kosovo through improvement of non-majority representation in free legal professions.
The conference will focus on the inclusion and representation of the non-majority communities in free legal professions in Kosovo, including notaries, lawyers, private bailiffs and mediators. Special attention will be given to current status of services provided in the above-listed professions, challenges and recommendations for improvements and better inclusion of non-majority candidates.
Additionally, an assessment report on free legal professions "from the non-majority lenses" will be presented as a preface to the panelists' presentations and a discussion. The report includes assessment of the current situation, followed by recommendations to enhance inclusive free legal professions.

The conference will take place on June 26, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM, at the Civic Energy Center (CEC) in North Mitrovica.
