The initiative of citizens in North Mitrovica within the project `` Justice and the people in the North of Kosovo``
The activities within the citizens` initiative ``Students` safety`` in North Mitrovica
The participants of the project ``Justice and the People in the North of Kosovo`` whose implementation began in October 2014, had the opportunity to set up the benches in the park on the way to dorm 2. The participants of the project have decided to offer something useful to students and citizens who are living in this area. The non-governmental organization ACDC supported this activity, since it’s very useful for the wider community and especially the students, since they are the target group of the particular initiative. Special thanks go to NGO Urban Green for being the part of the process and for their technical support and innovative ideas. Within the project `` Justice and the people in the North of Kosovo`` NGO ACDC will continue with similar activities in order to provide support to citizens and their initiatives in all municipalities of North Kosovo. We hope that citizens` demands will be taken into consideration and fulfilled with the help of local-self-government and our support.
