The Western Balkans Summit Vienna 2015 took place on 27 August 2015 with the participation of a number of heads of EU member states and countries of South Eastern Europe. The held Summit is continuation of the “Berlin Process”, which was initiated in August 2014 by German Chancellor Angela Merkel to show further political commitment to the future enlargement of the European Union towards the Western Balkans.

The Civil Society Forum it was part of the programme of the Western Balkans Summit Vienna 2015. The Civil Society representatives from South Eastern Europe had a unique opportunity to voice their concerns and formulate concrete demands to high representatives of the European Union, its member states, and the governments of the countries of the Western Balkans. 

Ngo Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture had the opportunity to be part of this event and make an impact on final recommendations and demands of Civil Society to political actors of EU and South East Europe.  The most important task of Ngo ACDC it was to represent the civil sector of North Kosovo as a whole, since it was the only organization from North Kosovo which participated at this event.
