Bekim Ismaili

Bekim Ismaili obtained a university degree from University of Economy in Management and Informatics in summer 2009. He holds a diploma from the IBM University – WIFI - Vienna: Know-How - Project Management, Business Process Optimization and Conflict Management, and graduated from the College of Machinery in Mitrovicë / Mitrovica in 1988. Mr. Ismaili worked with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and was Head of Translation Department for the Office of the Auditor General of Kosovo. He lives with his family in Mitrovicë / Mitrovica and is fluent in Albanian, English and Serbian. Mr. Ismaili is a certified and licensed mediator, international child abduction mediator, family law mediator, community – corporate mediator etc., and is Integrative Mediator and the Head of the CSSP coordination office in Pristina, Kosovo.

Nemanja Kompirović

Nemanja Kompirovic was born in 1992 in North Mitrovica. He finished primary and secondary school in Zubin Potok. He completed law studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of North Mitrovica in 2017. He received his master's degree in 2021 at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, on the topic of Juvenile Imprisonment in the Republic of Serbia. He is a participant in many projects such as activities on youth, peace, and security, the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), the project of practical education of law students and young lawyers, and one of the founders of the youth center in Zubin Potok. He worked in the republic fund for pension and disability insurance from 2015 to 2020 as an independent expert associate for resolving rights from pension and disability insurance. He is currently training in a law office to acquire practical skills and professional knowledge for taking the bar exam.

Biljana Jaredić

Doc. dr Biljana Jaredić is an assistant professor of the Philosophy Faculty at Prishtina University with the temporary seat in Northern Mitrovica. As the head of Psychology Department, she has accomplished cooperation with other universities all over the country and the region, and also with scientific research centers and civil society organizations. She has ten years of experience in working on scientific projects, as a researcher but also as a project manager, which are funded by domestic and international donors. She has long-term cooperation with civil society organizations as an educator in various programs, as well as a professional consultant-researcher. She is one of the implementers of professional development of teachers, educators, and professional associates for the school year 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. She is one of the founders of the student counseling center within the student "Polyclinic" of the University of Pristina during 2013. Expert consultant and advisor of the private counseling center "Equilibrium" in North Mitrovica since 2014. Participant in numerous scientific conferences of a local, regional and international character. She also is vice President of the Organizing Committee of the Scientific Conference with International Participation - Aging and Quality of Life: Transition and European Integration, organized by the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Pristina with temporary seat in Northern Mitrovica since October 2014. Miss Jaredic is the author and co-author of over 60 scientific works. She received her doctorate from the Medical Faculty in Kragujevac, lives and works in North Mitrovica, and is the mother of five children.

Zoran Gavrilović (1973), sociologist, expert in the field of anti-corruption, integrity, social (online) research and media analysis. Author of anti-corruption plans and bodies at the local level, integrity development network, integrist.net and online platform www.tvojstav.com.

Author and co-author of studies in the field of integrity of professions, media, political parties, election process and civil society, as well as studies on media reporting in the election process and public opinion research.

He is currently the Executive Director of the Bureau for Social Research and the President of the Management Board of the Center for European Applied Studies and an associate of the Center for Research.
