Complaint Form Presentation - 24th June 2024.

The NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture cordially invites you to participate in the upcoming public presentation of the newly developed Complaint Form for reporting human rights violations to the Ombudsperson Institution.

This event is crucial for enhancing human rights protection in Kosovo. The OIK's new complaint form, which will be available on the OIK official website, is designed to simplify the process of reporting violations, making it more accessible for all citizens. The online submission feature ensures that complaints can be filed quickly and efficiently from anywhere, providing a more streamlined approach to addressing grievances and violations.

At the presentation, we will explain how to fill out the form and track the progress of your case, along with details on the officer appointed for your specific complaint.

Your presence will be highly valued as we demonstrate the features and functionalities of the new form, designed to simplify the complaint submission process and ensure that all voices are heard.
