NGO Center for the Advocacy of Democratic Culture - ACDC organized final conference as a part of the project "Increasing the functionality of four northern municipalities of Kosovo” This project is implemented by ACDC. The project is supported by GIZ-LARP.
The conference is organized with aim to contribute improvement of work in municipal administration and assess the needs for municipal service delivery in selected municipalities, according to the financial, technical, administrative and social capabilities of the municipalities.
