During the discussion, issues related to administrative challenges faced by citizens in practice were also raised, including inconsistent implementation of procedures, additional documentation requirements, application deadlines, as well as the need for clearer information and more efficient communication between institutions and citizens.
The discussion was organized within the project “Building Trust and Accountability through Human Rights Dialogue,” which aims to strengthen trust between citizens and institutions, improve the protection of human rights, and increase citizen participation in decision-making processes.
