INVITATION - Training “Respecting language rights in Kosovo” 19th of January 2022. 11:00 - 14:30
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture cordially invites you to participate in the training session entitled „Respecting language rights in Kosovo”. The lecturer will be Ms. Ivana Pavlović, Senior Capacity Building Officer at the Office of the Language Commissioner.
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture cordially invites you to participate in the training session entitled „Respecting language rights in Kosovo”. The lecturer will be Ms. Ivana Pavlović, Senior Capacity Building Officer at the Office of the Language Commissioner.
Ms. Pavlović will introduce the participants to linguistic rights and discuss the importance of language rights for all communities in Kosovo.
The practical side of the training will include separate group discussions and presentations by the participants on topics of:
- Problems in the use of official languages in Kosovo institutions and
- Language rights - Human Rights
The training will be attended by graduate students, lawyers, civil society activists, as well as representatives of international organizations.
