Moot-court trial - 30.06.2021 - Basic Court of Mitrovica at 13h
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC cordially invite you to participate in a moot-court trial as part of the Project “Enhancing Transparency and Rule of Law in Kosovo - Serb Majority Communities” in partnership with NGO AKTIV, supported by Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Kosovo.
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC cordially invite you to participate in a moot-court trial as part of the Project “Enhancing Transparency and Rule of Law in Kosovo - Serb Majority Communities” in partnership with NGO AKTIV, supported by Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Kosovo.
Participants take part in simulated criminal proceedings, usually involving drafting memorials or memoranda and participating in oral argument.
Introduction word will be given to the President of the Basic Court of Mitrovica Mr. Nikola Kabašić and Mr. Waddoups Shawn, Director of INL Kosovo (TBC).
Moot-court trial will be attended by lawyers, court interns, CSOs activists, international organization representatives and media from Kosovo.
Moot-court trial will take place on Wednesday 30th of June 2021. at 13:00 until 14.30 in premises of Basic Court in Mitrovica North branch (court room).
