OP-ed Migration of Youth

Migrations or the movement of the population in various directions and for various reasons, is always one of the constants of social life. Unfortunately, the migrations are exhausting all possible social resources, and if we look at it broadly, from various aspects the losses are immeasurable. Demographic data and demographic research is the best way to show how many people go to other countries to gain better education, higher material profits, better social status and position. The question is why this all go this way? The answer is a simple, innate reflex that man follows his needs and seeks ways to raise them to a higher level. Through various historical events, major social reforms, cultural changes, loss of economic stability lead to the sole goal of young people to leave their own country and look for better conditions for themselves. National disorientation leads to the imperative of a young man of material wealth and a hedonistic way of life at the expense of his origin and national identity. Cultural awareness implies that we always change our institutions, professional persons, opportunities and opportunities in our country to others and to glorify the successes of others. Responsibility is never one-way, it is divided, and only society needs to adopt certain strategies that will reduce the migration of the population and in that way preserve the best and most powerful asset of a society, which are young people. Youth is an invaluable resource, and these strategies should be directed at encouraging this target group to change the awareness of the backwardness of personal success and progress in their country. In order to avoid the stigma, arbitrariness and developmental unevenness, in order to meet the needs of people, it is necessary to develop development plans for the realization at the level of the state, region or smaller administrative units. According to that opinion, it is necessary to take into account the real characteristics and opportunities that this society provides. Youth must be given motivation and restore faith in the system. Stimulus is unavoidable through the various aspects of all social activities from the economy, industry, education and culture. The goal is clear, and that is to preserve all the potential that will bring great reforms in 10 or 20 years and bring great success. Not to experience that all of our young people who have done our space end up in the institutions of foreign employers as they launch new planetary good ideas for foreign companies. The survival of our academic youth is priceless and people are not consuming goods. We , human beings, have our beginning and end. An individual is just a part of a mosaic that can and should make changes. Young people with changes in society, need to be aware of themselves and remember their ancestors, their countries and nations. To stay where they belong. Because success is where it is home.
