Public discussion - Situation in the judicial institutions in the north Kosovo, 19th January 2023. 11.00 – 13.00
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture cordially invites you to participate in a public discussion on the judiciary in northern Kosovo.
NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture cordially invites you to participate in a public discussion on the judiciary in northern Kosovo. The aim of the discussion is to present the current situation and ways of functioning in the judicial institutions after the recent events in northern Kosovo. Ongoing cases and how the judges and other staff are coping with lack of employees will also be discussed and whether the court can function at this level and what are the main obstacles.
In addition, we will discuss future solutions on this problem and what the citizens can expect in the upcoming period regarding judicial institutions.

The discussion will be attended by lawyers, civil society activists, representatives of international organizations and the media.
The discussion will take place on 19th January from 11am on the premises of NGO ACDC (Čika Jovina 3, North City Center, North Mitrovica).
