NGO Center for the Advocacy of Democratic Culture - ACDC organized a Study Visit to Municipality of Gracanica. The Study Visit is part of the project “Increasing the functionality of four northern municipalities of Kosovo” This project is implemented by ACDC. The project is supported by GIZ-LARP.

The study visit took place on October 17th, 2018, participants were members of North Mitrovica Administrative Office.
