NGO Center for the Advocacy of Democratic Culture - ACDC organized a Study Visit to Municipality of Prizren. The Study Visit is part of the project “Increasing the functionality of four northern municipalities of Kosovo” This project is implemented by ACDC. The project is supported by GIZ-LARP.
The study visit took place on October 24th 2018, participants were members of Zvecan Municipality
