Boge, Pejë/Peć – From April 25 to 27, 2025, NGO ACDC successfully organized the third youth camp within the project "Youth Empowered through Inclusive Schools and Societies (YESS)", held in Boge, in the municipality of Pejë/Peć.
This camp is part of the second cycle of youth camps, gathering a new group of young participants from different communities across Kosovo, with the aim of strengthening language skills, intercultural understanding, and social cohesion.
Throughout the three-day program, participants developed basic communication skills in Serbian and Albanian through bilingual workshops, focusing on practical situations that promote intercultural understanding and mutual respect.
In addition to language workshops, the young participants had the opportunity to connect with nature through spring yoga sessions, learning basic yoga poses and creating a space for relaxation, positive energy, and team spirit.
Additionally, through a dedicated session, participants worked in teams to identify challenges in their communities and develop innovative and practical ideas to overcome them.
This camp is part of broader efforts to empower young people and foster cooperation among members of different communities through educational, interactive, and inclusive activities.
The program is implemented within the framework of the project "Youth Empowered through Inclusive Schools and Societies (YESS)", funded by the UN Secretary-General's Peacebuilding Fund, and implemented by UNICEF and IOM Kosovo.
