NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture-ACDC cordially invites you to participate in the final conference titled "Improving the Position of Pregnant Women and Young Mothers." The conference will present the project's results in addressing the challenges faced by this particularly vulnerable target group in the labor market, as well as the significance of this topic for enhancing the overall status of women in northern Kosovo. Additionally, the panelists will engage in discussions pertaining to the concepts of workplace flexibility and safety, while also exploring viable, enduring resolutions for the challenges encountered by young mothers and pregnant women within the work environment.
The conference will also cover the topic of legal regulations and the extent to which employers comply with their legal obligations.

- Gordana Djoric, President of the Business Women's Association "Avenija".
- Ines Aljović Mihajlović, Program Officer at ACDC
- Ivana Vanovac, Moderator.
The conference will be attended by civil society activists, representatives of institutions, municipal representatives, and citizens from northern Kosovo.
The conference will take place on 27th June from 11 am on the premises of Europe House, Str. "Kralj Petar I", North Mitrovica.
