Training session - An introduction to Human Rights
As part of the UNMIK-funded project "Facilitating Access to Justice and Promoting Human Rights in the Mitrovica Region", on the 12th of November 2021, ACDC organized a training session entitled An Introduction to Human Rights. The lecturer was the former Ombudsman, Mr. Hilmi Jashari.
As part of the UNMIK-funded project "Facilitating Access to Justice and Promoting Human Rights in the Mitrovica Region", on the 12th of November 2021, ACDC organized a training session entitled An Introduction to Human Rights. The lecturer was the former Ombudsman, Mr. Hilmi Jashari.
The main aim of the training was to increase participants’ knowledge and understanding of human rights, the work of OiK, and the cooperation of young lawyers and civil society organizations with the Ombudsman institution. The practical side of the training included separate group discussions and presentations by the participants on topics of women's rights and the right of the child.
The training was attended by graduate students, lawyers, and civil society activists.
ACDC will keep on promoting human rights through educational training sessions.
