From 12 to 14 September 2025, the NGO ACDC organized the first camp of the third series of youth camps in Boge, Rugova. This initiative brings together young people from different communities across Kosovo, with the aim of strengthening language skills, intercultural dialogue, and mutual understanding.
The activities included outdoor yoga, encouraging mindfulness, physical awareness, and group bonding. Participants also took part in introductions and creative group exercises that fostered connection and cultural exchange.
One of the highlights of the camp was a hiking trip through the forest trails and mountain landscapes of Rugova. This activity offered participants a chance to step away from workshops and formal sessions, connect in an informal atmosphere, and enjoy the natural beauty of Kosovo.
Through a variety of interactive workshops and creative group activities, young people enhanced their language skills and promoted mutual understanding. The camp provided a safe and supportive environment for dialogue, helping participants to learn from each other and grow together.
With two full series already completed, this cycle continues the journey of building bridges across communities and empowering the youth of Kosovo to collaborate in a spirit of dialogue and respect.
This program is part of the "Youth Empowered through Inclusive Schools and Societies (YESS)" project, funded by the UN Secretary-General's Peacebuilding Fund and implemented by UNICEF and IOM Kosovo.
