Implementation Period: 01.06.2024 - 31.05.2025

Objectives: The primary objective of the initiative is to engage with 600 households in Northern Kosovo to enhance their understanding of property registration procedures, legal aid availability, tax incentives, and associated benefits.

Aim of the Project: The aim is to empower vulnerable communities in Northern Kosovo by providing comprehensive information on property rights, legal aid, and related services, thereby enhancing their ability to navigate property-related processes confidently.

Activity 1: Preparatory Activities - Team Assembly and Training, Selection of Targeted Settlements and Households

  • Assembly and extensive training of 10 individuals on effective communication and community engagement.

Activity 2: Door-to-Door Campaign

  • Conducting visits over 4 months with specific teams allocated to municipalities and villages inhabited by diverse ethnic populations.
  • Distribution of informational materials on property rights and legal aid services.

Activity 3: Workshops 

  • Conducting workshops to provide detailed information on property registration procedures, legal rights, and tax incentives.

Activity 4: Development of Comprehensive Report

  • Compilation of a detailed report summarizing campaign objectives, interactions, challenges, and community feedback.

This initiative seeks to foster inclusivity and empowerment among vulnerable communities in Northern Kosovo through informed decision-making and access to essential services.
