23.04.2021. “Human rights school” in northern Kosovo is officially launched with introductory lecture held by Ms. Ljiljana Stevanovic, Judge in Basic Court in Mitrovica. Ms. Stevanovic’s lecture was focused on human rights concept, European human rights Convention and other international instruments.
23.04.2021. “Human rights school” in northern Kosovo is officially launched with introductory lecture held by Ms. Ljiljana Stevanovic, Judge in Basic Court in Mitrovica. Ms. Stevanovic’s lecture was focused on human rights concept, European human rights Convention and other international instruments.
“Human rights school” is a program divided in 14 modules, for 20 participants, developed with main objective to empower young students, high-schools, teachers, CSO and media representatives about human rights, advocacy, debating and public speaking.
Next lecture will be delivered by Mr Milos Hrnjaz, from Faculty of Political Sciences, department of International and Law affairs. Mr Hrnjaz teaches International Public Law, International humanitarian law, diplomatic and consular right). His further education was continued on Leiden University in Netherlands and American University in Washington. Also, Mr Hrnjaz held position of Senior Legal Adviser in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Human rights school” is part of the project “Human rights horizon” funded by Community Development Fund (CDF) as part of the Humanrightivism program.
