INVITATION - Moot-court trial - 29th of June 2022. 12.00 – 14.00

NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC cordially invite you to participate in a moot-court trial as part of the project “Enhancing Transparency and Rule of Law in Kosovo-Serb Majority Communities” implemented in partnership with NGO AKTIV, supported by Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Kosovo.

The interns engaged in this project will participate in simulated criminal proceedings, which include drafting a memorandum and simulating a trial.

Introduction word will be given by the President of the Basic Court of Mitrovica Mrs. Ljiljana Stevanović while the project will be presented by Mr. Dušan Radaković, Executive Director of the NGO ACDC.

Moot-court trial will be attended by lawyers, court interns, CSOs activists, representatives of international organization and the media from Kosovo.

Moot-court trial will take place on Wednesday 29th of June 2022. from 12:00 to 14.00 in the premises of the Basic Court in Mitrovica North (court room).
